All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. A background check and transfer will be completed in accordance with federal and state laws.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe violates these laws or our policies.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

6. Shipping
Firearms are shipped only to verified FFL holders. You must provide a copy of your selected FFL dealer’s license and ensure they will accept the transfer. You are responsible for any transfer fees charged by your FFL dealer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, FFL processing, or background check results.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including logos, trademarks, text, images, and code—is the property of Brothers Precision Firearms LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
